Job Location:

Responsibilities:
1. Establish new process and to evaluate the benefit of manual/automation for new product;
2. New production line lay out design, prepare SOP for production department;
3. To teach and solve process and technical difficulties in the production line;
4. Improve continuously productivity in production in order to reduce our production costs, optimize production routines, decrease scraps;
5. New projects development and to confirm new process and setup Production line layout;
6. Continuous improvement for production and project support.
Requirements:
1. University degree in mechanical engineering or IE;
2. More than 5 years’ work experience in process technical, and 2 years management experience;
3. Good knowledge of measurement tools and data recoding tools;
4. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
5. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
6. Good English ability, spoken and written;
7. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
