1.      Propose improvement according to the process requirement or actual situation, and have the ability to handle continuous improvement.

2.      Control the entire machining progress.

3.      Make work instruction、process check list、PPAP documents etc.

4.      Continuous improvement to increase production efficiency and quality, reduce production cost.

5.      Instruct and training operators, solve issues occurred on site.

6.      Communicate and co-ordinate with related departments to solve technical, quality and purchasing problems during manufacturing production.         

 

1.      Bachelor or above, Digit Control Machine Tool, Mechanical Process, Design or related major.

2.      be familiar with numerical control processing ( FANCN, DMG system).

3.      8 year work experience in CNC machining field.

4.      Solid knowledge on CNC machining cutting tool.

5.      Good communication skill and team work.

6.      Good reading or writing ability in English.
