Project Section Manager项目经理

 

1.      Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for assignment to project personnel.

2.      Analyze and understand customers business strategy, future product plans technology roadmap and drive for business growth.

3.      Improve efficiencies by analyzing current conditions and applying process improvements where needed.

4.      Determine time frame, budget, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project and modify schedules or plans proactively.

5.      Responsible for overall quality and management of projects; recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.

 

1.      Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent.

2.      More than 5 years’ experience in project management.

3.      Team player with good leadership skill, Extremely organized and possess excellent time management skills.

4.      Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

5.      Fluent in English and Mandarin, excellent presentation skill.
