Controlling Analysis(Project)项目分析

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Review financial and management reports of the projects, ensure all closing procedures are completed and properly documented, and all financial data are timely and correctly prepared.

2.      Prepare Economic Analysis for sales offer base on the Cost BOM signed by all the responsible depts.

3.      Participate in commercial Contract Review procedure to be sure all the economic items are consisted with approved quotation.

4.      Record detail capital expenditure received, user, department, depreciation starting, maintenance and disposal etc information based on GL booking information.

5.      Record capital expenditure received, used, depreciation, maintenance, disposal and impairment. Book into related accounts in ERP system.

 

Requirements:

1.      University degree with major in accounting or relevant major in finance or economics.

2.      6 years working experience with a Minimum of 3 years experience in an audit firm or a multinational company.

3.      Understanding financial reporting, finance management, knowing Tax laws and regulations.

4.      Good command of English both in spoken and written.

5.      Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

6.      Familiar with MS-Office packages.
