Job title：Structure Design Manager-Automotive结构设计经理-汽车零部件

Responsibilities:

1.      Lead mechanical design team, review and evaluate mechanical design requirements and make recommendations;

2.      Interact with necessary personnel to support product manufacturability;

3.      Provide technical support to customers, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Production departments.

 

Requirements:

1.      University degree in Mechanical area;

2.      More than 8 years relevant experience in Mechanical design; And at least 3 years on the team leading level;

3.      Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;

4.      Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;

5.      Good English ability, spoken and written;

6.      Proficiency in ERP and office software.
