Senior Purchasing Engineer高级采购工程师—塑料件

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Global supplier base management; Rationalize supply base and develop targeted preferred supplier (survey, site audit, qualification).

2.      Collaborate with production engineers and quality to develop purchasing strategy, supplier capability matrix and define supplier selection criteria.

3.      Coordinate and communicate with multi-functional teams to clarify the demand specification and ensure best selection of demand, and maximize cost saving. Deliver optimum benefits in pricing and levels of service.

4.      Estimate potential risks and make decisions for localization activities for cost down purpose, finalize and cooperate with internal team and outside supplies for qualification and ram up and mass production.

5.      Develop and Coordinate set up of new vendors to support customer’s needs.

 

Requirements:

1.      Bachelors Degree with Engineering or Business Management.

2.      At least 5 year’s customized material (plastic) management experience.

3.      Strong costing analysis and management ability.

4.      Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills.

5.      Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn.

6.      Good English ability, spoken and written.

7.      Proficiency in ERP and office software.
