Job Title:  Quality Director质量总监
Job Location：江苏省

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that necessary processes to the quality management system are defined, implemented, and are maintained.
2. Ensure the understanding and compliance with QM System during daily operation, e.g. help identify changes and non-conformity events, prepare and check on quality documents, analyze quality incidents, identify root causes, and initiate effective corrective actions.
3. Assure plant compliance to GMP, legal, customer and internal requirements.
4. Maintain surveillance of purchased materials to evaluate suppliers’ capabilities and institute activities to prevent acceptance of new conforming materials.
5. Develop a sound and effective organizational structure. Establish the related responsibilities and staff accordingly. Measure the performance of department personnel and provide training and counseling.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in pharmacy, pharmacology, pharmaceutical engineering, Bio or related
2. More than 10 years quality management working experience in the pharmaceutical company and more than 5 years at team leading level.
3. Good knowledge of GMP, regulations and validation methods, rich QA management experience
4. Demonstrated strong negotiation and presentation skills
5. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn
6. Fluency in English and Chinese.
