As the Operation/Plant Manager, you will report directly to the CEO, and provide overall management and leadership to operate and develop the
The successful applicant will be expected to have following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Over 8 years working experience in the multi-national manufacturing companies, at least 4 years of team leading/management/developing experience;
3. Technical background will be an advantage;
4. Fluency in English and Chinese, Cross-culture working experience preferred;
5. Good communication and presentation skills;
6. Good business negotiation skills preferred.
