The Successful Applicant:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources, Foreign Language, Business or related, Engineering preferred
2. Over 4 years working experience in Human Resources role, minimum 2 years for full-time recruiting function in international companies
3. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
4. Well organized, detail oriented, good time management, independent, can work well under high pressure
5. Excellent English ability (spoken and written)
6. proficient in ERP and office software
