The Successful Applicant:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
2. Over 10 years working experience in related role (ideally as Finance Controller, Finance Director or CFO) in multinational companies, minimum 5 years at team leading level
3. Down to earth, hands-on working style with proven ability to lead and coach
4. Excellent communication skills, stable, honest, work hard, able to build trust, passion, to be a real leader, well organized, detail oriented, good time management
5. Excellent English ability (spoken and written)
6. Proficient in ERP and office software
