1. College degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Management, Process Engineering or related
2. >5 years mechanical equipment maintenance working experience in the chemical plants, rich experience in mechanical improvement projects, familiar with high pressure equipments will be an advantage
3. Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
4. Strong communication skills, fast learning, good team player
5. Good English ability
