Our client is a famous foreign solely-invested manufacturing company with good reputation in its field. Due to fast growing businesses in China, an exciting opportunity has emerged to join their team in Nanjing of Jiangsu province.

The Successful Applicant:

As the HR Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager of Nanjing plant, and provide management and leadership to develop the HR team. You will be responsible for all HR functions including recruitment management, employee relations, employee career planning, compensation analysis, performance management and training development, etc… A strong understanding of China regulations,  excellent English and Mandarin are essential.
