2. Ensure supplier quality standards can be met on a continuous basis. Maintain a continuous inspection, auditing, testing, analysis, and problem resolution process
3. Responsible for daily management and maintenance of supplier quality assurance system
4. Consolidate and present failure data from customers for similar products and determine the improvement activities that will have timely and significant impact on improving supplier quality
The Successful Applicant:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Automation or related
2. More than 10 years related working experience in multinational companies, around 5 years for team leading role, mechanical products background preferred
3. Proven capabilities in problem solving, initiative, ability to analyze, assertiveness, down to earth, hands-on working style, honest, hard working; enjoy cross culture working atmosphere
4. Excellent English ability, oral and written
5. Good command of ERP and Office software
