1. Conducting training needs analysis and develop company's yearly and monthly training plan.
2. Develops and coordinates a variety of training and development programs.
3. Conduct general training or coordinate resources for execution of training plan.
4. Supervise junior level T&D staffs.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be expected to have following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in human resources or related.
2. >5 years HR working experience, >3 years for training management role, good understanding of learning trend and dynamics, people learning theory and practice as well.
3. Strong negotiation, cooperation and communication skills.
4. Foreign invested manufacturing company, cross-culture team working experience.
5. Excellent English and Mandarin are essential.
