1. Responsible for creating and implementing mechanical parts design and development policies, programs and procedures for one product line to support the overall business strategy and profitable operations.
2. Leads the Mechanical Design team to design and develop the new and improved products and procedures.
3. Provides knowledge and insight to the Mechanical Design team on technical activities.
4. Manages and trains the Mechanical Design team staff.
The Successful Applicant:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Material Engineering or related.
2. More than 8 years working experience of mechanical products designing and developing in the international companies, >3 years on the team leading level , plastic structure designing and developing experience will be an advantage.
3. Good command of AutoCAD, UG or Pro-E, etc…
4. Good team player, able to work under pressure to meet the tight deadline and Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn.
5. Excellent English ability.
