1. Responsible for the sales company management and operation to ensure the operation and process comply with related regulation and standard, and support sales and service sections to achieve the business targets;
2. Optimize the operation process and efficiency;
3. Improve the customers’ satisfaction;
4. Manage the sales company inventory, delivery, pricing and service standard.
The Successful Applicant:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Business administration or Technical relevant disciplines;
2. More than 10 years working experience in multi-national companies for sales management or operation management role and at least 5 years at team leading level;
3. Rich experienced in multi-functional team management;
4. Good business knowledge and understanding;
5. Integrity, influencing leadership and good team player, Initiative and self-confidence;
6. Excellent communication and presentation skill;
7. Good English ability;
8. Proficiency in ERP system.
