1. Responsible for company daily operation management to ensure the site operation comply with all related regulation and standard, and ensure required transportation service provided and goods packed on time, safely and within the required quality;
2. Ensure all environmental, health and safety rules and guideline are being adhered to and maintain by the personnel;
3. Ensure all the site personnel are working according to work instruction and procedures;
4. Identify the training needs of the operation, to ensure they are provided with adequate training for operation and continuous improvement.
5. Optimize the operation process and efficiency;
6. Improve the customers’ satisfaction;
The Successful Applicant:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 10 years working experience of logistics management or operation management role in the multi-national manufacturing companies or logistics warehousing companies and at least 5 years at team leading level;
3. Rich experienced in multi-functional team management;
4. A trainer who can train the operation personnel to achieve operation target;
5. Knowledge on quality and EHS systems;
6. Integrity, influencing leadership and good team player, Initiative and self-confidence;
7. Excellent communication and presentation skill;
8. Good English ability;
9. Proficiency in ERP system.
