1. Responsible for managing a manufacturing plant which includes planning and directing all activities regarding local production, plant engineering, supplies, human resources and quality with the aim of achieving optimum quality, cost control and timing as set by the organization;
2. Aligns plant production objectives with overall business unit strategy and ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility;
3. Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met;
4. Manages and trains section managers.
The Successful Applicant:
1. Bachelor degree or above, technical background preferred;
2. Over 10 years working experience in the multinational manufacturing companies and at least 5 years in the overall plant operation management role;
3. Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential;
4. Good knowledge on ISO9001/14001 or TS16949;
5. Excellent English ability (spoken and written);
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
