Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementing accounting policies and procedures;
2. Directs the preparation of all financial records and directs consolidation activities of account books;
3. Responsible for appraising unit operating results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends;
4. Supervises the unit's finance/accounting department;
5. Directs the closing of monthly and annual financial statements;
6. Oversees audits within the operations;
7. Directs daily and weekly cash flow requirements;
8. Oversees tax compliance;
9. Manages all daily accounting operations;
10. Manages credit and collections.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree majoring in Finance or Accounting related;
2. More than 10 years working experience in financial management in multinational manufacturing companies and at least 5 years on the team leading level (Ideally as Finance Controller, Finance Director or CFO);
3. Down to earth, hands-on working style with proven ability to lead and coach
4. Excellent communication skills, stable, honest, work hard, able to build trust, passion, to be a real leader, well organized, detail oriented, good time management
5. Good English ability, spoken and written;
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
