Responsibilities:
1. Primarily responsible for import and export activities regarding customs clearance, take control of daily business to support and timely fulfill company’s demands;
2. Coordinate with Customs & CIQ and resolve multifarious import and export issues;
3. Ensure all import documents preparation accuracy and punctuality to manage for warder/ broker/ carrier to complete customs clearance and CIQ release on time per scheduling;
4. To ensure the whole customs clearance procedure compliance with Customs and CIQ related laws or regulations;
5. Maintain strong good relationship with local authorities (CIQ, Customs, Chamber of Commerce, Foreign Economic Committee and etc.). Ensure all import activities fulfill legal and regulation requirement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, major in international trade, Logistics or other related disciplines;
2. At least five years import and export management experiences in relevant area;
3. Good knowledge and understanding of customs / CIQ rules and regulations;
4. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
5. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
6. Good English ability, spoken and written;
7. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
