Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for analyzing all business processes within the organization to identify areas of improvement and draft improvement proposals;
2. Responsible for providing and interpretation of financial information and monitoring cash flows and predicting future trends;
3. Responsible for ensuring overall compliance with tax, statutory authority and audit requirements in close cooperation with the tax accountant;
4. Responsible for credit control on all purchases and control on payroll administration;
5. Support/guide team members for implementing change.
Requirements:
1. University degree in finance or accounting ;
2. 8 years' or above finance related working experience, 3 years at controlling role;
3. Strong costing analysis and management ability;
4. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
5. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
6. Good English ability, spoken and written;
7. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
