Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible along with the customer to develop the functional test process and test Specifications that ensure the customer receives only product that meets their requirements;
2. Join in developing new test capability and equipment manufacturing, fixture design and fulfill the test accordingly;
3. Follow up NPI projects related issue from testing side; communicate with customer, DFT proposal, etc;
4. NPI project issue follow up, failure analysis & debug and feedback, product design review & proposal to customer;
5. Coach the technicians to ensure true and effective test data to be provided.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering;
2. At least 5 years working experience for functional testing role in testing team;
3. Good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
4. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
5. Good English ability, spoken and written;
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
