Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that HR department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies.
2. Analyzes, defines, promotes, implements and controls the training and development policies for the company, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs.
3. Implements and improves company’s Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
4. Develops hiring plan based on company's Standard Staffing Model and Profit Plan, implements and improves recruitment policies and procedures, supports key positions’ hiring and each year’s campus recruitment campaign.
5. Advises, analyzes, coordinates prevailing legislation and defines policy, in order to ensure image, vitality and continuity of the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree majoring in Human Resources, Business or related.
2. 5 years work experience in HR related functions, with 2 year in management role, experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
3. Down to earth, hands-on working style with proven ability to lead and coach.
4. Excellent communication skills, stable, honest, work hard, able to build trust, passion, well organized, detail oriented, good time management.
5. Good English ability, spoken and written.
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
