Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new SMT process and new SMT production line set up;
2. Follow up manufacturing process, ensure all of the equipment, instrument, fixture, tools are used in production line are in good condition;
3. Support SMT area in production for equipment and process issues, to improve machine stability, soldering performance, etc;
4. Develop tooling, wave/SMT pallets at NPI stage for better mass production release;
5. Interfaces with other manufacturing and support groups to address and resolve manufacturing, quality, and engineering issues for new products.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, major in Electronics field or related field;
2. 2 or more years specifically related experience in an SMT manufacturing environment;
3. Good knowledge and understanding of customs / CIQ rules and regulations;
4. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
5. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
6. Good English ability;
7. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
