Responsibilities:
1. Drafts and propose policies for administrative service in the factory, propose office layout;
2. Maintains inventory of office supplies and interacts with vendors regarding selection, pricing, and delivery of office supplies, equipment, and services;
3. Assure Canteen service including supplier management, canteen committee organization, canteen layout etc;
4. Assure Visa effective for all expatriates and supporters; provide clear guidance for visa formalities to related local employees, Supports staff activities;
5. Keep good contact with local government. Lead team to achieve target and tasks. Cost and budget control for administration expense.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in management or related aspects;
2. 5 years and above working experience in administrative, 2 years management experience;
3. Strong costing analysis and management ability;
4. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
5. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
6. Good English ability, spoken and written;
7. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
