Responsibilities:
1. Set production objectives and make budget plan align with the established business objectives and corporate policies;
2. Maintain plans to support company growth including recruiting staff, equipment and facilities to guarantee manufacturing requirements and company objectives;
3. Coordinate the plant operations, communicate objectives, identify measurements and take necessary actions to assure performance goals are met;
4. Continually improve on training program for production team on necessary working skill, product knowledge, company regulations and etc;
5. Review safety and environment regularly to assure compliance to standards and general safety of work place.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Engineering &industry management;
2. At least 8 years operation management experience, preferred in Machinery Manufacturing processing;
3. Good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
4. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
5. Good English ability, spoken and written;
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
